Have you checked the cache directory for "error messages"?

I assume you were able to register the page?
(otherwise you wouldn't see an install button)

New (clean) Install?
or upgrade over a previous Multi Cross Sell?
or upgrade from a previous "other" Cross Sell?

I have the same question, update from v1.3.9, is there any sql to delete the old install?
