Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread (for ZC v1.3.9)

Hello,

I am using zencart 1.3.9h and super orders v3.0

If I open a customer and select packing slip, when the slip displays the word TRUE shows next to the QTY.

I have also attached a word doc showing the issue.

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?
