which Zencart Version do you use?

But i still can not send html emails, all the emails are sent in text format, i am using
the SMTP email server. Any idea how to fix that?

Any idea why there is a significant difference in the number or orders shown under mailbeez for the same criteria with zen cart admin?
for example the number of shipped orders in the past year under zen cart is double the orders shown under mailbeez taking in consideration the repeat orders and repeated emails addresses.
e.g. the winback advanced module only finds the unique customers - while in zencart you might see all orders in that timeframe.
