Hi,
I am installing Carlisle Fresh on a clean install.
I upgraded to Zen 1.5.5.a first
I am now on Step 7 of the install instructions.
Plus I have as the missing pic attached shows ,\Click image for larger version.  Name: 2016-10-19.jpg  Views: 98  Size: 23.2 KB  ID: 16740 seems to have worked but thought I should point out that is has some html coding in the attribute name <font color="#0044ff">ACTIVATE Responsive Template by selecting Column Widths</font>

Is this a concern or just a typo?
