It's what I've said before, it's a new law, it's fine for some things, but maybe it's too strict (or it seems to me).

so sending post cards with your return address/name and send to address/name pulse what ever comment passing through who knows how many hands/eyes is still OK, but sending an email is not.... I don't remember seeing a checkbox at the post office... Wounder who, but somebody got to be making something on this one...

I would get the 'privacy_conditions' convert it to something you can post to the email and add it to the extra info line so you have something to fall back on...
