Reset Admin Password

Hi, i am tried without success many of the suggested solutions to resetting my admin username and password.

i have run this sql command in phyMyadmin:

DELETE FROM admin where admin_id = 1;
INSERT INTO admin VALUES (1, 'Admin', 'admin@localhost', '351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b', 1);

i still get
Admin Username: Admin
Admin Password: password
"You entered the wrong username or password."

The resend password does not send me another password either..

Please help?
