i'm having problems with this..

i installed it and see no sign of google checkout ANYWHERE on my site. (http://wishgiving.com/index.php).

it's not on the checkout page, it's not on the product page, it's not anywhere..

i tried replacing the tpl_checkout_payment_default.php with the fixed one, that didn't do anything either..

Any ideas?
