Store credit and reward point module

It should reserve all existing store credit.

I'm getting an error:

1146 Table 'zencart.zen_sc_customers' doesn't exist

No idea how to fix it. It seems you have to download files from 4 different locations. It would be nice to have them all packaged together :|
