I searched and found others with the same problem but no resolution. Obviously something is wrong with the response handler, but I don' know what it is.

I'm hosted on Godaddy and wonder if that might have something to do with it, since that always seems to be my issue when something isn't working!

I Set callback API to XML instead of HTML in google checkout settings under integration. I feel like a moron. This may not be what is causing others to get this 400 error, but it's worth looking into.
