Easy Populate helps. Just export all your products and open in Open Office Calc. Then copy the items you want to cross sell and paste it in Advanced Cross-Sell in your Admin. Still had to manually enter a comma after each model # but still was the easiest for me for now.

Anybody have a better solution?
