Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

I am using zen 1.3.8a.

Copied all files as told on the server.

But when I run the Install.sql, I get this error:
1146 Table 'pianoin_zc1.configuration_group' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT @cgi := configuration_group_id FROM configuration_group WHERE configuration_group_title = 'Zen Lightbox';]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I have the same problem. Does some kind man can tell me how to solve it? Thanks.
