Store credit and reward point module

Can this reward points mod be set up for the following?

1) Is is possible to have the reward points = %off rather than $off?

2) adjust the point value per product, per category or globally?

3) is it possible to set levels and limits?
1000 points = 5% off
2500 points = 10% off
5000 points = 15% off (max limit)
