Reward Points Module for ZC v13x

Hi:

I get this message now when I run the update.zip file for the most recent Rewards version.

Fatal error: Call to a member function add() on a non-object in /home/bobkatt/public_html/shopgreen/admin/sqlpatch.php on line 211

I ran the original update.sql and then noticed the new one afterwards and then ran the new one. This is when I get the error message.

When I ran the original update, I got lots of errors about various fields already exist.

I am using V1.3.8a of Zencart.
What should I do now? Everything seems to be working but I do not see anything new in thew Rewards section of catalog.
In the configuration I now have two rewards menu items. One is empty and the other looks complete. Not sure if the one with the options are part of the new rewards installation or still the old one. Kind
