I'm off to have a look see if I can find some sort of php development software so I don't have to keep bothering you guys when I have a problem....wish me luck lol!

After just a quick look, it appears that the stylesheet.css is not being read correctly causing everything to be rendered incorrectly.

You might want to try uploading everything again.
