The issue I was having was that the htaccess page was hacked. Once I fixed that and cleaned up the mess, everything worked correctly. All the issues were resolved.

The next version I have ready (and am still awaiting admin approval) does not bundle in any other modules.. Just want to let you know that I have successfully gotten Super Orders to play nicely with the modules I listed..
