Ceon URI Mapping (SEO)

I tried this as per your suggestions, obviously with my URL-
Options +FollowSymlinks

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/shop/editors [NC]

I got a 500 error.

The re-direct works using :

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !/cpanel [NC]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !/frontend [NC]

Options +FollowSymlinks

BUT the links die when i turn on the ceon mapping.
