Changed zc directory now having issues

ok, so I'm still having this problem. I reinstalled ZC to another directory and the fresh install got the same error on the admin site. Store site works fine, but the admin site goes to a redirect loop.

Next I created a subdomain (subdomain.domain.com) and reinstalled zc. Got the exact same problem. zc works fine, admin site goes into a redirect loop. I never even transferred info from my site to either of these installs. I get this error immediately after installing zc.

Here is the google chrome error I get:

Please, has anyone come across this? Have any ideas? Anything???

You do realise that Google Chrome is a piece of c-r-a-p when it comes to sessions and cookies don't you?

Is it only Chrome you're getting this problem with? Have you tried other browsers?

All browsers all machines I've tried. Opera - firefox - IE, used mac safari, all the sames result
