I've attached information jpg to my newsletter and tried to send it out today... everyone received email with no attachment shown also when it was sending I got a jumbled characters like the following:

is this normal??? and also I don't know when the process was fully completed... I have 100 subscribers and I waited for about 15mins but no confirmation saying it was completed... could this be a bug???
