Thank you for the reply, I appreciate your help here but I've tried this and it seems to have had no effect. Does it perhaps take time to filter through to FaceBook?

Yes the system caches for performance reasons. If you go to your Facebook page admin app and click the "Clear Cache" button, it should force the system to reload.

Sorry, on your Facebook page go to the online shop and on the left hand side below the categories you should see a link saying "Admin Mode"

    Hi,

FTP can performed via numerous different FTP clients. I personally use
http://filezilla-project.org/ which is available free for windows and basic tutorial is also available here: http://wiki.filezilla-project.org/Fi...t_Tutorial_(en)

You will also need to determine the correct location for the files to be uploaded. This will often be a www directory, but this is very much dependent on your individual installation, so you may wish to confer with whoever set-up your website, prior to commencing installation

Please be careful, if you are not technical, to make sure you have made a full backup of your files and database especially if you are deploying to a live shop. Most web-hosting have a control panel system e.g. cpanel or plesk that will allow easy backups to be created in-case of any issues.

    Hope this answers your query.

App working but on on another test computer here we had to press "more" to get the app to show. Is there a way to get it to show automatically?

    Hi Rufusclc,

I am assume the 'More' button relates to the number of links displayed on the left hand side. Unfortunately Facebook only shows about 8 page names on the left, followed by a 'more' link. However, if you click the 'edit' link below the list of pages, you can rearrange these links by dragging them into the order you require.

Unfortunately, you cannot change the font size for the Facebook menus, however you can do other things such as making the online shopping page the landing page for your visitors (see FAQ for details):

    Hope this helps
