Help with purchased template... featured products showing on top of each other

Thanks, not being rude at all, but I'm looking for a solution to fix this theme, not opinions of it. The login button issue is a fairly simple fix... there's other buttons I can change to be the login button.

Anyone on here who can fix this? I'm not looking for someone to donate their time, they will be reimbursed for their efforts.

Yes, the Featured Products look mis-aligned on my desktop.

Cannot offer a fix, sorry.

Is TM not willing to help fix?

Zenners here aren't really giving you a hard time about choosing TM. The point is that you paid Template Monster for your template. If it doesn't work right, you really need to ask them why.

Kind of like if I buy custom wheels for my Ford Focus, and they aren't right, I would contact the wheel manufacturer or seller, not Ford.

That said, I've looked at your site using Web Developer, and I can't see what TM has messed up to make your Featured Products look like that, and nothing I've tried has fixed it. That's pretty unusual - I can often figure out their mistakes, so they've done something really bad this time, or you have made changes in the stylesheet or other files that affect that element.

Thank you Stevesh for taking a look. If you're fairly familiar with templates and their layouts, do you have any answer as to why it would be displaying fine on my smart phone and not a PC?

I've tried multiple PC, and tons of different resolutions... nothing works. However as soon as I go to it on my iphone it displays fine.

The overall width of your site is 750px wide.

Your right and left columns are 200px wide. which is a total of 400px and that means the center section of the site should be 350px.

the banner at the top of the center section is 560px wide - this is 210px wider than the total width of the center section.

either increase the overall width of your site.

OR

reduce the width of the banner.

Thanks Clydejones however I think you may have been looking at the site when I was swapping back and forth between themes trying to fix this issue.

If you take a look again you will see what I'm up against.

I did test your theory just in case... and as you can see the image is just smaller now, no change to the center section being on top of each other.

As you can see when you click the specials button... they all display correctly, just not on the home page.

Have you tried re-downloading and/or re-uploading in case of corruption?

If that isn't the problem, then is it possible your template is not exactly the same as the demo, i.e., TM's download files are themselves different or corrupted?

Perhaps someone can compare the demo with yours, to see if any subtle difference.
