RSS2 Feed Contribution

That's the exact issue I'm having as well. Updated/edited products showing as "New".

Mine is set to 90 days now, but it was originally set to 30 and still doing it....

I could not get this error.

I did the following:
1. I downloaded and installed rss_feed_2-1-4
2. added product - http://test.zen-cart.su/matrox_g200_...011-p-193.html
3. edited product - http://test.zen-cart.su/matrox_g200_...82011-p-1.html
4. Both pages show only a single product:

http://test.zen-cart.su/index.php?ma...d=new_products

What addons do you use?

Andrew I am not sure you are understanding the problem...

On the page below you will see our NEWEST products...these are all the products that the store owner has added to her store in the last 30 days...

So technically when you click the RSS feed the first item you see should be the Orange Cream Soap since that was the last NEW product....

But if you click on the feed:

http://www.thesoapboxco.com/index.ph...d=products_new

You will see a LOT more products.....and the Orange Cream is no where to be found...what is appearing are products that have been EDITED...

You cannot replicate the issue with one product.....

Try adding 5 products to your test store.....

Check your feed...it will be ok....

Now go back and edit the first product you entered....then check your feed again and I bet that will appear at the top of the list....

Does this make more sense?

I can not duplicate the problem you are having. You may not have installed it right. Go back and take a look making sure all files up loaded to there right place, and make sure the file size is right. Try reading through this thread and use some of the suggestions people have added and your problems may just go away. My feed works just like it is suppose to. The last product I added is right at the top. Check your files and the thread again for suggestion.
