PS. Your database is also out of sync with the files. To correct this you will need to log into the admin of your store and navigate your way to the ozpost configuration settings, then click the uninstall button, then immediately press the install button again.
This needs to be done *after* uploading the ozpost files, but before trying to obtain a quote.
If you have installed V3.0.0 or later then you don't need to uninstall/reinstall to perform the synchronization, it will do this automatically BUT this needs to be 'triggered', which is a simple matter of navigation your way to the ozpost settings screen.
