USPS International Shipping Issue

I'm not having any luck with the USPS module and international shipping. I have several other websites that are working fine. This is a new install of 1.3.9h as of June, 2011. The most recent address that is not getting shipping information:

Ulricehamnsvägen 3
Ölsremma, 51462
VG, Sweden

I followed the patch instructions here:

I used V13.

Any suggestions?

Stock Zen-Cart USPS MODULE

I found out today we are getting calls from international customers saying we don’t ship to them

I added a new address to my user account to what the customers are seeing.

This is the message they get:

We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.

I thought maybe the USPS module needed an update. I found the thread http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...=171314&page=2 post #11 thinking this was a fix.

I uninstalled the USPS module and then uploaded the new usps.php file, reinstalled and
reconfigured usps. It is running in production server mode.

I still have no shipping for international customers. What can be wrong?

My bad I installed the wrong update.
I just installed the update from Ajeh at post 26 and everything is working, But like Ajeh said the custom html was spripped out
for now. so my mod to show sort order, show low price first
will not work. Thats ok but im sure ill be asked to fix the
sort order again,, O well. Thanks again Ajeh and thanks DrByte
for pointing out the right update to use.
