Multiple Products (Copy, Move, Delete)

This add on that I made does not run in the Specials ...

It runs from the Catalog ... Multi-Item Copy ...

If you want to Delete Products, you click the Radio Button for:


then you can select your Category to Delete Products from the dropdown for:


Any Product that you have checked the checkbox on will be Permanently deleted ...


If you want to just remove the Specials but not delete the Products, then you can click the Radiobutton for:


and set the search criteria below ... Only Products with Specials that match the search criteria will be displayed ... those that you check the checkbox on will have their Specials deleted ...


I do not see in the osC add on that there is anything that does what you are describing ...

Also in the catalog>specails there is alos no selected boxes on the left or check all to delete all products at the same time.

Dood. WTF are you talking about. The osC mod doesn't do that.
It had absolutely nothing to do with it.

And you cannot use the module that I wrote to select the Radiobutton for:

Copy as Linked Products

then pick the Category to Link to in the:

Copy or Move Found Products to Destination Category:

and set the search criteria for locating the Products that you are looking for and use the checkboxes on the Products to Link those Products to the selected Category?

At some point when I have more time with nothing to do but write code for you I will see if there is a way to make an exact translation of that other code, even though it doesn't do what you appear to be asking for ...

The osC mod allows you you choose CERTAIN products within a category to MOVE COPY OR DELETE whereas YOURS does not allow you to choose.

It does if you just make the selections then click the Preview and you will see the Products listed and the checkboxes ...

Note there is a setting for whether they will be prechecked or not:

If you want to Delete the Specials of a Product, you can click the Radiobutton for:

Delete Specials from Products?

Then select the Category Top in the:

Search From Category:

and click the checkbox on:

include subcategories

Click PREVIEW and that will show ALL Specials ...

If you want to narrow down the Specials shown, use the Search Criteria to narrow the scope further ...

Example: pick a specific Category, or Manufacturer or search text or a combination of that ...
