I have a customer who suddenly cant log in, has tried resetting password and still didn't work. I have also changed their email address to mine and reset it their password. I am able to log into their account fine, but they cant.

Tell them to clear their cookies and browser cache.

ok i had them try a whole new browser and that didnt work
What version of Zen Cart? What AddOns are you using?

HAd them do that still the same result, They have placed 3 orders this month and never had issues. I havent added anything new since then

Just says email or password is not valid
I've had this same issue once or twice. Are they copying and pasting their password or reading it and manually typing it. l I O 0 all get confused.
Agreed. Seems very much like end-user-error to me.

I have just had another customer say the same thing. Site is not recognizing their email address, and didnt send them a new password when filled out forgotten password
