payment modules not showing up

I'm new to this .. This is my first time trying to make an online shop .. and i use zencart 3.1.9h

i go to admin>modules>payment
but there is just Authorize.net (SIM)



what is the problems ?

It looks like you may have a duplicate or backup program in your directory:
/includes/modules/payment

you can also check the /cache directory to see what the debug logs say and correct the problems referenced ...
