Very silly question, but doesn't appear to be documents, and I'm daunted by 202 pages of notes here. I don't want to go through the whole installation process and find I need other options.

So:-

(1) Can I export pending orders - due for shipping - to spreadsheets or other formats, for sending over to the fulfilment warehouse?

(2) Can I bulk update the customer's status of the order to show something like "At Warehouse for dispatch", when the pending orders are exported?

(3) Can I import or make a bulk update of pending or "At warehouse" (or some such notice) status to "Shipped" when I receive notification from the warehouse that the goods are en route, ideally with additional notes such as Courier ID/web site and Tracking ID?

When I mean updating it's for the customer information on their order status.

If I have to handle bulk orders it will have to be outsourced and these are the key points I need to deal with.

My super orders is adding to total wrong on the invoice and in the admin. Its is usually 1p lower than it should. The cart email on order success is correct though?

I need help with Super Orders. I'd like for the Invoice to contain all of the unhidden notes from the order. Has anyone done this or is there anyone for hire so that I can get this done?

I install the super order and and enabled Purchase order as an option of payment but don't see the purchase order field. Any idea?

If you are using Super Order 3.0, you should be posting in the Super Orders 3 support thread.. (the URL is in the readme file..)

i am using zen cart 1.3.9h.when i install this mod everything works fine.but whenever i click on search in batch form printing it redirects to admin login.zenadminid in url changes,this could be the problem.how to overcome this.

Running the latest version of this mod would be a great place to start.. SO v2.0 is old and UNSUPPORTED at this time..
