An important test is this:
- Install a fresh copy of v1.5.0. (Separate folder, separate database. DO NOT IMPORT OLD DATA)
- In the admin, create one product, with a price of 0.10
- In the admin, enable PayPal EC as you normally would for your live store
- In the storefront, attempt to purchase the product.
Do you get the same symptoms?
If your symptoms on the TEST site are NOT the same as your live site, then you need to sort out whatever is different between the two sites, because that's where the problem exists.
