Monthly Sales and Tax Summary Report [support thread]

After looking and testing I can only suggest this as the issue:

PayPal applies tax to each line-item individually this in turn could change what the paypal report states. Because Monthly Sales and Tax Summary Report looks at it as one taxable order amount.

At this point I am unable to find away to match the two reports. In all fairness I could be missing something but dam I can't find it.

Does the latest version of this work in the order Zen cart versions. I' haven't updated to 1.5 as yet and would love to use the latest version on v1.39

Version 1.3 is the same as version 1.4 the only difference is the admin menu setup for ZC 1.5.

Question:
1.Is there a way to configure the report that showing zero as value on the day of month when there is no sale ? I need to compile report from 2 sources of raw data that one report zero on day without sale, when sale report only on day that with sale.
2. Is there is way only report on current year? and date format in mm/dd/yyyy

No there are no setting in the report to do what you want. But you could add them with some php code.

I am using the Optional Shipping Insurance Module with my cart. When I do use this monthly report module the numbers weren't adding up properly. What I find is that the report takes my coupons and also adds the shipping insurance to the Gift Voucher field. Really it would be ideal to have a seperate field showing the shipping insurance charges but otherwise if it just added the insurance charge to the regular shipping field that would work too. The shipping insurance is adding a field under orders_total called ot_insurance. Does anyone know how I could exclude that field from being added in with the vouchers and possible add that total to the shipping charge field?

When there is any non-standard items in orders i.e. ot_insurance it is placed in the Gift Voucher section.

Yes you could add it to shipping or make it's own section. You would just have to added all the new code. And there would be a lot of adding.

You must use Monthly Sales and Tax Summary Report - Version: 1.3 for any Zen Cart < v1.5
