Can I specify a shipping method for each product?

Well guys & gals...first post for me...first zenCart attempt. I've tried to look this up but all I seem to come up with is either it can't be done or someone should do it and how hard it really is.

With that said, I'm putting together zenCart for a retail store that wants to list items from the store itself AND also use two of their suppliers as drop shippers. (one to start with but eventually two).

Is there a module that fits the bill or am I doomed to .php programming to work it out? They are thinking of going with flat rate shipping to ease the pain but I don't know if I want to count on that decision sticking. I just need a way to tell if the item selected came from the retail store inventory or the supplier acting as a drop shipper.

Or is there a fairly easy way to denote the location where the product is located?

I'm still running zenCart 1.3.9e same db patch level with PHP 5.3.8 on a windows server.

Don't think theres anything readily available for this.

I have done this kind of modules for few of my clients in the past, and it's not really that hard.
