Paypal failed to show order

Hi
I have had this site for a couple of months and PayPal has worked fine up until today when someone has ordered an item and it didn't show up in the orders section .. The sub total ,delivery and total showed up fine ,I had to get all the info from "Recover Cart Sales"
oh I am also using "Fast Easy checkout" so don't know if that adds to the equation ..Just had a quick look had 12 successful PayPal orders.
Also what is missing is all the paypal information that is normally given in the box
Also using 1.5

Any ideas please
