Error: I can not write to this file. Please set the right user permissions

I have just added the plug in that gives me another 3 pages in the more info box and it seems to have worked fine. However I seem to be having this error on the new pages and can't seem to find an answer anywhere else.

The error is
Error: I can not write to this file. Please set the right user permissions on: /home/intrepidations/public_html/shop/includes/languages/english/html_includes/intrepidations/define_page_5.php

I'm using Version 1.3.9g
intalled by loading the files through ftp

I've had the same problem using the "Define Pages Generator Version v0.3" where the page is fine and everythng seems to be working but I can't edit it, the same error message appears in the editor.

Any help appreciated.

i'm not familiar with that particular add-on, but the error is telling you the file permissions are not set high enough on the new files you added. you'll need to log in to your FTP or cPanel to change the file permissions on define_page_5.php (and whatever other new define pages you added).

You need them to be set for write permissions (usually 755) while you are editing them, then you can return them to whatever they are currently set to. (note: some hosting environments have "different setups" for file permissions - if you have any trouble or can't figure it out your host should be able to change the permissions to write very easily)
