URL is irrelevant because I don't have the add-on running on a live (for you to reach) website.
Well it's difficult to help if none of us can see the site and see the issues you are reporting.. Can't you put this up on a live site where we can see what's going on.. It's also very possible that your local server may be a contributing factor..
