add email subscribe to my footer

Can somebody direct me to a tutorial or code snippet for adding a email subscribe form to my zencart footer? Add-on would work too, I dont have any of those installed...

You can see if they have a templates/template Monster name/common/tpl_footer.php file
Add code there
