Default Nav bar browser always says Meta_tag_title

Top of my browser reads meta_tag_title and i am trying to change that to something else. The problem appeared after installing and uninstalling a module, i had to replace most on the files in the /includes folder.

I already tried everything discussed in this post http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.p...t-is-now-wrong .

I also tried to replace the all of meta_tag.php from my website with the original, but meta_tag_title still appears, i cannot change it.

I'm using version 1.3.9h. The website is www.outletcosmetice.com

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Thank you!

Use the developers tool kit and locate instances of "meta_tag_title"

Thank you for your reply Kobra.
I looked up all the files in which meta_tag_title appears and replaced all of the meta_tag.php files with the originals; in the developer tool kit some other files appeared, some in /includes/templates/template_default/common/html_header.php , but it stated this <title><?php echo META_TAG_TITLE; ?></title> , and also some other folders and files . So basically i've found where the constant is being used, but i don't understant what goes wrong...

I'm not sure what to do next... can't seem to figure it out

Look at this file either at

    /includes/languages/english/index.php
    or
    /includes/languages/english/ashley_pink/index.php

and at the bottom see what is entered for the 2 instances of
    Code:
    define('HEADING_TITLE',

    In both instances it's blank define('HEADING_TITLE', '');

I tried replacing it with a word, but meta_tag_title still appears in the navbar, not the word i introduce

What was the path to the file you checked?

I checked both the paths you suggested

    /includes/languages/english/index.php
    or
    /includes/languages/english/ashley_pink/index.php

I think i'm definitely missing something here..i'm quite new to this and thank you very much for trying to help me but i can't get it fixed

Try switching to the classic template
If this corrects it then limit your search to only template override files

I suggest that you first backup all your current files

Then get a fresh distribution of the version of ZenCart you are using and reload the includes folder(overwrite)
This will refresh/bring back to default all the "core"files but will not affect your template files
