The newest versions of Dual Pricing are made to work with ZenCart 1.5, so they have not been tested on older versions of ZenCart. That said, it is possible that it works - so you might want to try installing it on a TEST site. Make sure you backup files & database first. And, it goes without saying, but you should really upgrade to ZenCart 1.5 as soon as possible; it contains important security upgrades.

Integrating with Amazon is not related to the Dual Pricing module. Please post elsewhere in the forum.

Tom, you might consider installing "Extra Fields on Customer Sign Up": http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1137

It doesn't have radio buttons, but it will be a great starting point. In addition, you could use one of the text fields so customers can enter their Reseller #

I followed your advice and installed the "extra fields on customer sign up' and then used the the radio button code from the gender query as the model for changing one of the extra fields to ask whether the customer wanted a Wholesale or Retail account. I had a few issues that came up while merging some files but I finally got it working and I'm pleased. Thank you so much for your help. You really are making a difference and your efforts are appreciated.

Does the 'DUAL Pricing v2' work with V1.3.9h?

This is how you figure out things like this:

a) Go to the contrib's page:

b) Look at the Zen Cart version associated with each version of the mod. You will see that Version: 1.9 (Internal version: 15) works with Zen Cart 1.3.9.

swguy is absolutely right; you should always check the contribution page to find out what versions are compatible.

There are older Dual Pricing versions that work with ZenCart 1.3.9, but they won't have all the latest fixes. The best scenario is keeping everything updated, including your modules and ZenCart itself.

First I must thank you for this modification, as I have been looking for something like this for 1.5.0 for some time :-)

I have installed it but ran into a few problems, that I hope someone can help me with:
1. I have installed this plugin in a Norwegian shop, so I renamed all the "English" catalogs to "Norwegian" and translated the Language to Norwegian, but still my shop displays Retail and Wholesale price in English in the Product listing. I'm 100% sure that all Language files are translated both in admin and includes. How can I fix this?

2. TAX is added to all my Wholesale Prices. TAX doesn't show on a separate line in the shopping cart / check out, but the value is including tax (EX: I add a Wholesale price to 80 in admin, but in the shop it's displayed as 100).

3. Is it possible to display the price ex.Vat in Product listing, but including Vat in the shopping cart /check out? In Norway sales tax must be included on the invoice, but the customer will get it refunded.

I had a coupple questions about this add-on before installing it:

- Does this version of Dual Pricing support products which are priced by attribute? i.e. I want to offer wholesale pricing on certain product attributes but not on others.

- Do customer groups work with dual pricing? i.e. can I establish a wholesale price and also assign the wholesale customers to a customer group which has additional discounts? i.e. wholesale = $9.99 customer group offers 25% discount so they now pay $7.50?
