Well, maybe this is an image handler issue then. I posted over there and they said that the lightbox was acting up and I should post it here. But from what you are telling me, it seems like an image handler issue. I will go post this over there as well. I posted the image in the default image box which should automatically resize it for both the large and and medium images. But it is not like it has with other IH versions. Thanks for your help.
Also, I just uploaded a Large file in addition to the default and it is still doing it. I think I am just confused.

If you have made certain all your files are install for the lightbox then it might be image handler but ...I don't think so
One issue is that most of the template monster templates---which is why I think they are called monster--- is the edits they create to get their templates to do what they want.
I have had to manually go into them and fix but some are just not able to be done cause they mess so much with the core files that they really are not zen ready which, also makes it needed to go to them and let them fix it to work (costing you an enormous amount).
Picaflur makes beautiful templates much like you have and actually work with the modification mods offered for our stores.
Now that my rant has gotten out of my system...lol
Since you have image handler installed you should re-read its instructions again for how/where to put your images. IH does not use the LRG nor the MED folders and the naming of your images needs to be changed to reflect the main image as namewithoutspaces.jpg then each additional image labed with nameofimagewithoutspaces_01.jpg then continuing with the numbers until you have no more additional images for that product.
my explaining is really bad so that is why you need to read on the naming process in your read me for IH...whatever version you are using for 1.3.9h or 1.5.1
soorry can't be clearer tonight..cold meds are to blame
Not sure what you mean by "it is not like it has with other IH versions" because other than the installation being automated, scant little of IH's base functionality has changed at all..
I told you it was a lightbox issue because if the images are not appearing in your lightbox. That's not an Image Handler issue.. It's because there is an with your lightbox mod. That said the MOST common reason for issues with any mod can always be traced to an installation error.
So as Angel has suggested, I too suggest that you re-read the Image Handler and Lightbox readme files.. Pay particular attention to the sections in both readme documents which deal with installing ZLB and IH together.
Angel is right about your Template Monstrosity template. It too is a likely suspect in the issues you are having since they like to remove required code form Zen Cart files for no reason except their designers have no idea how to create beautiful templates the right way..
Not Image Handler
ETA:
The part I highlighted above is important.. This is most likely reason why neither Image Handler or the lightbox is working correctly.. Your images are in the wrong locations and named incorrectly.. So neither the Lightbox nor Image Handler can find your images.. re-read the readme files.. In the Image Handler one in particular we go into a GREAT DEAL of detail on image naming and where to put your images..

WOW, that is a lot of great information. Thank you for taking the time to type all that out and explain it. I wish I had known that template monster was not the best choice but now that it is all done and it is too late for all that now (we are about to go live), I have no choice but to try and make this one work.
I will take your advice and go through the documentation for image handler again and double check everything is right. I hope that will fix it but I may be back. Sounds like it is user error. Thanks again for being so patient with me and helping me out with such great explanations.
I have checked my configurations and everything is set correctly. One thing is I do not see a directory to choose from when selecting a location for my images. all I see is what is below. Should I see a directory to choose from. My images are being uploaded to the images folder so I am not sure what else I can do. I think I am really missing the boat here. :/

And I never installed lightbox. I think it came with the template. So should I download it and try and re install it to make sure it was done correctly?
So here's the thing.. If you didn't install Zen Lightbox, then you should not be posting in this support thread. This is the support thread for Zen Lightbox.
Additionally I am convinced that the issues you are having have everything to do with either an incorrect install of your template, Image Handler, whatever lightbox mod Template Monstrosity provided, or a failed install of Image Handler because your Template Monstrosity Template is the source of your issues..
That said neither this support thread nor the Image Handler support thread are the right places to resolve your template issues. In my opinion you have a few options:
- Find another template and DITCH the Template Monstrosity template. There is no way in H*LL any of us can begin to GUESS what file they mucked up which is the source of your issues. Without seeing your site files we would be guessing. If you want to at least test my theory that your template is the problem, switch to the classic template and see if your problems go away.
- Prepare to roll up your sleeves and see if you can figure out which code the Template Monstrosity template botched that is messing with the lightbox and Image Handler. You'll need to replace that file with the clean Zen Cart version.
- Consider having a professional assist you with sorting through the issues you are having.

I totally agree, I would download one of the free ones from here and installit. the ones by pica flur are great, see this one that I installed for one of my clients so she could get rid of her monstrosity.

That one is their oxford dark template but they have many others and I think some with the color scheme you have...best of all they work right out of the box and you can still change the look as you go without intruding on the customers (usually a downtime where there are few coming in.)
Just remember to put any of your addons into their override (your template named folders) where they belong.
Then when you install a mod you won't have to yank your hair out trying to figure out what they did-- cause that is how they make their money...doing the "fixes" they know you will need to come back for.
I just installed this and all it did was make images open in the browser instead of a popup.
I followed the instructions right. Please help!
