Gift Wrapping Contribution

Searching the plugins shows no matches for easy orders or free gift modules. Are these commercial products you have purchased? If so you'll need to work with the vendor. My suggestion would be to back these out and get it to work without them, then add them back one at a time so you can isolate the problem. Gift Wrap is a large module, and if you're stacking it on top of other things, you might need to hire someone to do all the merges for you.

I have "edit orders" and "free gifts - 3rd party mod. I believe the free gifts module doesn't cause any issues. I reinstalled it twice, nothing!!

That's funny, because I suspect "free gifts" is exactly what's causing your problem. Instead of reinstalling it, how about uninstalling it.

Your right, could be the includes/module/total_/ot-freegifts-checkout.php.

What you may not realize about contributions is that they are not of uniform quality. Some are well written, some are not. Some are actively supported, some are not. Some are fully debugged, others are not.

Free Gift updates a number of core files and yet has not been updated since Zen Cart 1.3.8. This is a sign that you probably don't want to use it on a newer cart.

Well Edit Orders can't be the culprit since it is an ADMIN add-on and would in no way affect your CHECKOUT process..

I contact www.customscriptz.com about my issue and what they suggested is that FEC and GiftWrap is the problem. Don't know exactly what module is the problem now. Deactivated free gift module and gift wrap still didn't accumulate the total. UUMMMM brain buster
