    Default "Per weight unit" Clone - getting blank page

    ok, I cloned the perweightunit shipping module as instructed by Ajeh in this thread ...

    now when I click checkout button, I see a blank page.

    Does anyone know of a Addon for "Per weight unit" ? There are many addons for "Per Item" and "Flat Rate" but I wasn't able to find any for "Per weight unit".

    Plz help.
