I am getting the same alert - "You must spend at least US$0.00 to redeem this coupon"

This happens when a customer has a restricted item in the cart.

This alert appears when the customer selects a product from the "Product Restrictions" section. Products under the "Category Restrictions" section correctly brings ups the alert "This coupon code is not valid for any product currently in your cart."

Any advise on correcting this is appreciated.
