I'm not sure I understand what you are asking, but if you are asking if the customer can print a copy of their order, then yes they can.. This is already a built in Zen Cart feature whereby customer can view their order/transaction history from the "My Account" page. They can print their orders from there if they wish. Making the orders shown in the "My Account" page print in PDF format is not something that is part of default Zen Cart nor is it a feature that is a part of the Super Orders feature set. The PDF order printing is an admin ONLY function of Super Orders. Since Super Orders is an enhanced order admin administration module very little of it's feature set is aimed at the customer-side POV.

Can PDF order printing functionality be added to the customer-side in Zen Cart?? Sure.. as I say often, it's software, so this functionality is certainly something that could be added to Zen Cart. However, it is not part of the current Super Orders feature set as it is primarily an admin tool. To add customer-side PDF order printing to your store you would need to create this custom feature yourself (or alternatively hire the services of a developer to create them for you).

Wanted to clarify, if you are indeed asking about Super Orders v3.0 (for Zen Cart v1.3.9) this is the right support thread for Super Orders v3.0. That said, Super Orders v3.0 will not be updated any further. It is a legacy version of this module that works only on legacy versions of Zen Cart. (v1.3.9)
