The site is www.divaboutiques.com/test, I'm trying to add and do everything first before transferring my site to zencart platform.

If you are getting the same error message then you have not installed the module correctly...

Check using FTP what you have for folders at

/includes/templates/ - - what folders do you see there??

When I go into /public_html/test/includes/templates I see the following folder

-Classic
-My folder
-Template_default

I thought as much. ok can I suggest you start here,
http://(sorry, site offline)/zc150/

then once you have yourself a template you like start to add your mods, including FEC to that, in doing so you should also resolve your FEC installation problem.

Oh okay! I though by adding my mods first then I could add a template I like afterwards so I won't miss up my template.

I can see your logic. but no I'm afraid it works the other way around, template first-then add mods to template.

So I went and added the template I want and reinstall the checkout and it's still the same log error :-(

This includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_checkout_default.php is not in the numinix or zencart zip download file nor in the following folder that it say to go to in the zencart install......I also tried going to /public_html/test/includes/templates/MY FOLDER/templates/tpl_checkout_default.php and coping the tpl_checkout_default.php and dropping it in includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_checkout_default.php to see if that would change anything, but I received the following new log error

When I did that as well as showing this instead of a blank checkout page which is not the correct checkout process. I went ahead & just deleted the tpl_checkout_default.php, from the/public_html/test/includes/templates/MY FOLDER/templates/tpl_checkout_default.php to put it back where it was before.
