Okay...another stupid question...your read me file says this:

3. Upload the files from "sitemapXML" to the root of your store. (DO NOT upload the "sitemapXML" folder, just the CONTENTS of this folder
(copy ALL of the add-on files to your store!! Most issues are caused by store owners who decide to NOT load ALL of the module files)

Do I also need to include the sitemap.xml file that is included with that? Because you have a license file and read me file that are unnecessary to upload as well as an sql that is not required on my site.

Yes. Copy it to shop directory and CHMOD it 0644.

I am using v1.3.9h and SitemapXML v 3.2.6 17.06.2012

I am getting many "access denied" error warnings in WMT for a number of sites and have also had official notification from Google for one site;
mysite.com.au/: Increase in authorization permission errors

Some errors include /cache/ .... /includes/ .... etc files, files in the back end that should not be included in a sitemap. The site mentioned above is showing 373 urls submitted on the dashboard screen which matches the sitemap, but in the 'google index/index status' tab in WMT is showing 1,365 urls indexed.

Is this a Google issue or is there a fix for this? The problem is intermittent, i.e. access denied errors pop up sporadically, not every day - problem started a few months ago, your mod was added 2 years ago and all was fine until a few months back. (as mentioned in first para this is also happening to a lesser degree on some of my other sites - smaller numbers of files showing as errors)

Filesystem Error: Unable to delete '/var/www/vhosts/myaddress.co.uk/joblotdeals/zen_admin/includes/functions/extra_functions/common_orders_functions.php'. Verify your web server has access to delete this file. Installation will not continue until the web server is granted access to remove the file.

Okay...I've installed the module and everything installed well and looks good, but when I visit: http://allclipart.info/shop/sitemap.xml I get the same error as above stated:

XML Parsing Error: no element found
Location: http://allclipart.info/shop/sitemap.xml
Line Number 1, Column 1:

I believe I downloaded the latest version. Any help with this? Otherwise, all looks good. Thanks for the mod.

Do you think has something to share? Just do everything in the README and there are no problems. Problems arise only with those who have not read the README.

Hi Andrew, I'm getting a blank page when I click on 'Upgrade SitemapXML SQL' in Admin. Any ideas please?
- Zen Version v1.3.9f
- site: http://www.caterfor.co.uk/
- I've downloaded the latest files from the forum today.
- I've followed instructions and ensured relevant folders \ files copy to my admin folder and my template folder.
- I've checked error log which reports:
