    Hi. I recently upgraded/moved to a new server and then upgraded my Zen Cart from 1.39 to 1.51. I'm using Mailbeez 2.7.4 which was an upgrade from Mailbeez 2.1. I'm only using the Review Reminder - Simple. After all of these changes now when I run the module it sends emails to customers it has already sent them to. I can run it and then immediately after it completes show the recipients and all that were just sent will still be there. Is there somewhere you can tell me to start checking? I don't have any myDebug logs.

    Thanks!

    hi,

    After all of these changes now when I run the module it sends emails to customers it has already sent them to.
    you are probably worried that the mails will be sent again because they are still listed? Very likely they would not be sent again as MailBeez always checks before sending.

    Please check the setting
    mailbeez > configuration > mailhive -> early check

    if set to true it will already check for sent emails when listing the customers.

    Some people expect to see the customers found by the module (regardless if they received an email or not) others expect only to see those who will get an email.

    hope that helps forward?

    regards

    Thanks for the reply. I ran the module today and it did only send to the customers it hadn't sent to yesterday. I checked the settings in my old store and the Early Check was set to false yet it only listed the recipients that were in the current batch. I was just curious was this something that changed from v2.1 to v2.7?

    Any ideas on this error when running mailbeez in browser.

    probably you have some stylesheet or other code using curly brackets { }, which confuses the template engine.

    you need to surround them like this:

    {literal}
    here I can use { ... }
    {/literal}

    hi rizla,

    you can either add manually an entry in table mailbeez_block or you go for the module

    Advanced Opt-Out with Admin
    http://www.mailbeez.com/documentatio...g_block_admin/

    which offers a number of features to controll which customer is receiving what email from mailbeez

    regards
