USPS Shipping Version: 2013-07-28 J - No International Quotes - PHP warnings displaye

I've installed the new version (USPS Shipping Version: 2013-07-28 J) Zen Cart v1.3.9h - website - https://www.leroyflytying.com
I'm not getting any international rate quotes and also have the following warning messages:

Could you turn on in the USPS the Debug Logs ... and try the exact same quote ...

Then, Zip the debug log and post it as an attachment?

I was able to recreate your symptoms on a test site, and I believe I've found a way a to fix it.
Do you mind giving this updated module a try?

Version: 2013-07-28 J5 seems to have corrected the issue I was having with International rates not being displayed as well as the Warning: simplexml_load_string() messages being displayed.

I greatly appreciate the support!
