NOT a default zen-cart file, AFAIK

It's a file included with the 12leaves responsive templates. I don't know the purpose.

The purpose of it to switch between desktop and mobile appearance of the site when you click to the DESKTOP/MOBILE SITE link at the bottom of your site. So, you are able to view both versions of your store on mobile devices.

I see random domains and links showing up in my google search console as redirects. all with trigger.php
These pollute my reputation by making my site look like its full of more redirets than pages.

Is this a vulnerability in trigger.php? it looks like the 12leaves support system is offline so I emailed support@ but I'm not hopeful of getting a response there.
