Flexible Return Authorization (RMA) for ZC v1.5.x [Support Thread]

Hi
I have just installed this plug in and its a great feature
everything is good exept one thing when a customer clicks on print the pop up comes up but no RMA# number comes up
all i get is store logo
store address
RMA#
Print
isnt the RMA number be after RMA# if so how do i fix it so it is?

Does the RMA# appear on the returns success page?

If yes, after clicking the popup link - does the URL in the popup have the orders ID attached to it (&order_id=1)

If yes, try re-uploading /includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/popup_returns/tpl_main_page.php

Does the orders Orders Status match the RMA configuration ADMIN Order Status.

So if ADMIN Order Status = Processing[2]

The orders Order Status must also be Processing

(A) Yes

(Q2) Does it get returned to the ADMIN > orders > edit page ?
(A) Yes

It even has the RMA# on the email it sends me and the email it sends the customer.

I am trying to reproduce the same results on my dev site without success and have had no other "similar" issues reported.

The only other thing I can think of is that a file was corrupted during upload, try re-uploading the catalog files 1 by 1.
