    You need to do as I said before and edit the responsive.css file. I gave you the line and suggested width to change.

    Thanks,

    anne, i realize you do this for free and that is admirable but some good advice is you need to listen better.. i realize people don't usually want to hear this and you probably won't answer my questions any longer but i spend 10 hours trying to figure this out today and it had NOTHING to do with changing widths.. i LIKE the responsive design and had it working but something went wrong.. after 10 hours of pulling my hair out i found it.. a bug in your template.. in your instructions your state:

    Change the text in green to your site tagline, or remove it for no tagline. Be sure to keep the single quotes intact.
    define('HEADER_SALES_TEXT', 'Your site tagline goe here.');

    'goe' being misspelled.. but nevertheless, if you DO INDEED remove the tagline, the template breaks.. it ends up breaking the responsive template design and the regular design.. try it.. when you put anything back into the tagline it works great.. yesterday i removed the text in that field between the quotes and that was the ENTIRE reason my site didn't work.. maybe this will help someone else and if it does that is great but if you really want to or have to support something, either provide NO support or paid support or total support - not something in between just because you have to.. my 2 cents and again i realize some people can't take criticism and i may lose any more support but i would hope not.

    Thank you for finding the bug. If you read through the correct support thread for the sheffield blue responsive template (as is recommended before asking questions), you will find that the bug has already been addresses and I have posted a patch. I have this on a list of bugs to fix in a future template update --which yes, I will spend time on, contribute to the community for FREE and offer support to the community for FREE just as all of my other packages.

    Thanks,

    Anne

    How do I make the useful links section of the footer also appear under Info -> Useful Links in the mega menu? I thought turning the ezpages header part on might do it. I can't seem to get any links to appear there. Thanks. I've tried a lot of templates on this site and SHeffield Blue is by far the best, I made it green though

    If I want to change the layout of individual product pages so the product description is above the add to cart box; is it as simple as moving sections around in the tpl files? Or do I need to do something else?

    When I move the description so it's directly under the product image it seems to break the add to cart box layout. I guess its something to do with css but I don't really know much about css so don't know where to start.

    Thanks

    Hello. I have recently implemented the Responsive Sheffield Blue Template, and I am very happy with the Template and what it can do. Thank you Picaflor-Azul :-). I have however found a problem on my site www.knicknacs.com.au with the product info. On my General products info pages (example http://knicknacs.com.au/murano-jewel...ial-red-flower) it barely flashed up the description before it disappears. Whereas on my General Document items the product description stays put. (example http://knicknacs.com.au/mobile-phone...lanche-720p-3g). Could someone point me in the right direction please? Is this a responsive issue, or am I not configuring it correct somewhere? Thanks in Advance.

    Yes, you should be able to just move around the code blocks. My guess is that you have missed a closing div tag. If you post a link to your live site I can take a look.

    Thanks,

    Anne
