ERROR: White page with no code

I recently started getting errors through my site. https://www.delicate-delights.com.

The example is this; when you first get to the site and try to login, you are taken to the page asking for login info. You fill it in, and then when hit the LOGIN button a white blank page appears. When I do View Source, there is none.

Then if you hit back on the brower twice, it returns you to the home page and shows you are now logged in.

Other issue is when I click on Gift Certificates category and the whole page comes up white again.

Now if you were to click say, Anal Toys, and then try to add a product to cart you get the same white page.

Does anyone have any clues as to what might cause this. I recently updated my db by adding 14k products, could this be it? I dont think so since some categories work and others dont!

Any help is really appreciated.

Thanks for the link. I found out the developer has been logging the errors, but now he is gone on vacation. So I am hopinh to work this with out him. I am not a developer though I can do some minor coding.

So what does this mean to me and what should I be looking for to start with?

you many want to look at your english.php for any space in some of the codes or double quotes , etc..

do you have back up of your store before this error ? if you do , which i hope you do , you can compare the file from your store with the backup one using free tool called Winmerg..

I am having a similar problem with my new site,, http://recyclebright.co.uk

I installed zen cart along with a new template. It was working perfectly and then without any changes to the site, my admin address is now just a white page with no script no error code..nothing!!

having a product info page issue when i click on the product for the info it shows a blank page but still keeps the template style, when i switch to classic on zen cart it shows perfect but when i switch to my other template it comes up blank i thought it was an update issue since i was on 1.3.9 i upgrade to 1.5.1 and still the same problem any one can help? here the page for the products info although it happens to all product info pages

There must be an error log file for this. check your log or cache folder for these. Post the contents of the file and we can help you further.

Could you please share what the issue was? I've been trying to figure it out as it worked then, just started doing what you described. I'm not a programmer, just someone that learns as go along, but this has got me scuppered.

I've got it! In my 'sessions' in admin panel, (configuration), I changed some of the 'true' to 'false' and this worked. I can login properly now.
