Installed version of Zen Cart?
Previously installed version of Super Orders?
Version of Super Orders you upgraded to?
List of any other modifications which have been made to "/admin/orders.php"?
Are there any other lines in the log file around where that message appears?

Also double check you installed all the files in the correct locations. People have in the past reported a similar error when they uploaded / merged a file intended for the CATALOG side of Zen Cart into the ADMIN side of Zen Cart on accident. Never hurts to uninstall (reverting any changed files) and redo the installation step by step.

nope no more i sent the whole log file only thing that appears

followed all files correctly - i have was working great a day ago - but 24 hour later white screen

The likely cause is that you have other add-ons installed that modify the same files as Super Orders and you've made mistakes in merging those files. You need to rollback (you did backup right??) and start over..

All is well except USPS AutoFill
I had all the modules installed prior to installing SO4
After installing SO4, and merging AutoFill's 4 lines of code, the AutoFill button is not showing on the SO page
Do I need to place the code somewhere specific?
I saw , when searching on this issue, that SO3 had accommodations for AutoFill like SO4 has for Edit Orders where by you can turn the button on and off but I do not see this accommodation in SO4.
I realize there is currently an issue with AutoFill and USPS but I was working to resolve that so I would like to get the button back up with SO4

Didn't include any autofill files with SO4.. Hopefully someone who uses both of these mods together can help..

The comments are not being added to the pack slip.

When I go to the Admin->Configuration->Shipping/Packaging->

The "Display Order Comments on Admin Invoice" is not available

and also the "Display Order Comments on Admin Packing Slip"

What file controls this display
